About Teeth Whitening
Whitening toothpastes and strip kits are mostly underwhelming — they work on the very outer stains, and a bit of sensitivity often comes along for the ride. Professional whitening is a different category: stronger gel, applied properly, with the gums protected. The result is real, visible, and lasts.
Two options here: in-chair whitening (60–90 minutes, biggest jump in shade in one go) using laser or LED activation, or take-home trays we custom-fit for you so you can whiten gradually over a couple of weeks. Both are supervised so the result is even and the enamel stays healthy.
How it works
- 01
Check first
We look for cavities, sensitive areas, or gum issues that need sorting before we whiten. Existing crowns and veneers won't change shade — we'll talk about that.
- 02
A clean
Surface plaque and staining come off first so the gel works on actual enamel rather than the layer over it.
- 03
Gum protection
A rubber dam or protective gel goes onto the gums so the whitening agent only touches teeth.
- 04
The gel
Professional-strength hydrogen peroxide gel is applied to the front of each tooth.
- 05
Light & reveal
Laser or LED activates the gel. Three or four 15-minute rounds, then we compare to the starting shade. The change is usually obvious.
